ABOLISH ALL CITY POLICE DEPARTMENTS
Each county should have a County Sheriff, who is elected by the people, and deputies to enforce the laws inside the county. There is NO NEED for CITIES to have their own police department.
THE CITY is nothing more than a CORPORATION just like Walmart only they do not sell merchandise to earn an income, they issue and levy fines, fees and taxes to generate income. (not too mention receive federal monies to place people into privately owned prisons for non-violent behavior that has now been considered a crime by CORPORATE FASCIST)
So why does a CORPORATION need ARMED police officers?
Remember people, COP is not a word, COP is an acronym that stands for CORPORATE OWNED POLICE.
The COUNTY SHERIFF has MORE authority that a CITY POLICE CHIEF as the city police chief operates INSIDE the county.
Got problems with a City Owned Police department? Get a good Sheriff and a bunch of deputies who like to fight…. Wanna be Sheriff?

At the beginning off the 20th. century the Police wore badges made out of…….COPPER.
Thus the term “COPPER” was used when referring to a Police Officer and later it was shortened to just plain “COP”……………………
