During The Boston Manhunt, I Saw A Cop Taking A Hit Off Of A Pipe, And Not Tobacco. Pics!

(Before It's News)

I was watching live coverage from a local news station during the manhunt, and I watched as what I can only describe as a drug deal going down…between cops.

This is the cop, and the vehicle where it happened.

What is in his hand, is a pipe. Just befor I captured this image, I saw him take a hit off of it.

What brought my attention to this guy, was his suspicous behaviour. You see, this isn’t even

his vehicle. There was another cop driving his vehicle. Before I captured this image, I saw the

other cop reach into this black sneaker cop vehicle, and bring out a ziploc bag, gallon size, and this

guy in the image puts it behind his flack jacket with his right hand. As I watched this go down, I could

see the side of the package, which was some sort of white substance. Then, the other cop and this

guy walk out of site of the camera, and come back, then this guy digs into this SUV, does something,

then comes out with this pipe, and takes a hit!

There are two other cops standing there, and they see this idiot take a hit in front of the cameras, and

they go over to this guy and confront him. There is a small argument, and the guy points towards the cameras,

and then this happens,

That’s right folks, these two cops came over and shut down all the cameras. So much for the 1st ammendment, right.

Now I realize the first picture doesn’t show much proof, other than to support my story, but I know what I saw, and you’ll just have to believe I’m not embellishing.

Really scary event I witnessed going down behind the blue line. Apparently there is a pretty serious heroin problem amongst fire and police.

Mayor Thomas M. Menino said today he was angered by the arrest of an on-duty Boston firefighter on drug charges, stating the use of illegal drugs by the city’s public safety personnel is unacceptable.

According to a Boston police report, Stephen Hogan, 24, was arrested Tuesday night inside the firehouse at 1870 Columbus Ave. by Boston police detectives who had been tasked to attack drug dealing in the Egleston Square neighborhood.

Hogan is the son of District Fire Chief Gerald Hogan, a man Menino said he did not know. The mayor also said that the younger Hogan should be accountable for his own actions, and the fact that his father is also on the department is not relevant.

The mayor doesn’t know the District Fire Chief? Yeah.

“Heroin is a huge problem in Boston and the New England region as a whole,” said Meade.

Heroin use is a problem partly because some OxyContin addicts turn to it when they can no longer afford OxyContin. An average of two users overdose each day in Boston, Meade said. Most are not fatal, he said.
