Texas Republican congressman Blake Farenthold declined to ask Attorney General Eric Holder any questions during a Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday, saying the attorney general should “be in jail” for his role in the Fast and Furious scandal that brought contempt charges to the nation’s highest legal office.
