YOUTUBE DESC: SC Trooper shoots unarmed man for following instructions. This cop tells this poor guy to get his license and then proceeds to shoot him when he complies. At no time did he dive in to his truck, he simply leaned in to grab his wallet after he was told to. It is really sad that the good cops out there have to work with bad cops and idiot cops.
i hope hes a happy man and he can make some other people just as happy. he will meet his match.
