California Cop Caught Beating Man In Wheelchair! There are good cops and there are bad ones, like the one in the below video! Is this cop going to jail for his evil actions! This could happen to ANYBODY at any time. This was shared by Snoop on Facebook! Comments suggest it was in or Near Compton California!

From my viewing perspective, the man in the wheel chair was flailing his arms trying to protect his face from the blows of that cops fists… Why wasn’t there more explanation of what happened before the cop started punching him?
Since this was a video apparently taken by the cop shop, why are we only seeing that last part of the video? Hmmm
