“So, was our national security for sale?” That’s the provocative question Judge Jeanine Pirro asked after reviewing for her audience the details of a report about Hillary Clinton’s controversial actions as secretary of state okaying hundreds of billions of dollars in arms sales to Middle Eastern countries.
As Western Journalism told you last week, an extensive investigation by the International Business Times revealed Hillary Clinton’s State Department approved or authorized massive weapons sales from U.S. manufacturers to foreign nations that contributed heavily to the Clinton Foundation. The IBTimes report also found that Mrs. Clinton gave the green light to some nations getting American-made weapons even though the humans rights records of those countries may have disqualified them from acquiring the arms.
On her Fox News show, Justice, Judge Jeanine suggested Hillary and Bill found a way to work the system — “in a true Clinton two-step” — while Mrs. Clinton was America’s top diplomat:
Under federal law, it is illegal for foreign governments to contribute to political candidates. And all efforts by foreign governments to buy American made arms must be cleared by the State Department. The policy: to prevent cash from influencing or jeopardizing our national security.
But nothing says you can’t contribute to a foundation run by politicians who may or may not campaign in the future.
By clicking on the video above, you can see how Judge Jeanine took Hillary to the woodshed for the scheme that may have compromised the security of the American people in return for big cash donations.
