Compounding the toll her email scandal has already taken on her once-presumptive Democrat presidential primary bid are reports that Hillary Clinton is struggling to shore up the support of women – particularly young adults – on a large scale.

She is not alone, The Hill’s Amie Parnes reported, citing one political strategist who acknowledged Clinton’s perceived shortcomings despite personally supporting her as the party’s nominee.

A Clinton aide quoted by The Hill repeated the campaign line that the former secretary of state has a message – including issues including abortion and wage equality – that resonates with young women.
“We will continue working to make sure her policies and priorities are reaching young women and that they know Hillary is fighting for them.”
