In a short clip taken from a recent campaign stop in New Hampshire, Democrat presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton fields a comment from one attendee with violent aspirations regarding the only other woman in the 2016 race.
Mocking Republican candidate Carly Fiorina’s background as a “great CEO,” a man in the audience declared that the mere sight of the former HP executive sends him into a fit of fury.
“Every time I see her on TV,” the critic proclaimed, “I want to reach through and strangle her.”
The aggressive rhetoric obviously struck a chord with many of the Clinton supporters gathered for the event. Clinton joined in as laughter soon engulfed the venue.
“I know that doesn’t sound very nice,” the audience member continued, prompting Clinton to engage him further.
“I wouldn’t mess with you,” she said, once again erupting in an audible cackle.
The most important part of Hillary laughing at her supporters’ strangle comment is this: Hey America! Want to hear that laugh for 8 yrs?

Negative reaction to the clip was swift, with several social media users suggesting Clinton’s reaction is indicative of her shaky commitment to the real issues affecting women.
Anyone surprised that Hillary laughed at her supporter wanting to strangle women? She laughed while defending the rapist of a 12yr-old girl — The Right Wing M (@TheRightWingM) November 10, 2015
Of course Hillary isn’t going to scold the man who wants to strangle Carly, she won’t even condemn what her husband does to women.

Citing perceived media bias in the treatment of presidential candidates, a number of pundits and social media commenters pointed out that Republican front-runner Donald Trump was criticized for failing to adequately denounce a supporter with questions about Barack Obama’s background. Many critics wondered if Clinton would face similar scrutiny for tacitly endorsing an attendee’s vendetta against her Republican rival.
Hi @CNN, where is your report about Hillary not correcting a questioner who wants to strangle @CarlyFiorina? https://t.co/QaD2YiD7h4 — FrontTowardEnemy (@KetchupDoritos) November 10, 2015
