Cyber centers at the DHS, the Justice Dept. as well as the FBI, CIA and The Pentagon are preparing for what they say is a 1 and 3 chance for a cyber attack by Russia to disrupt the U.S. elections.
Meanwhile govt. officials have promised a massive counter attack should Russia launch any cyber operations against America.
