I despise Obama – but I am also a Libertarian. Any drug offense whatsoever is a victimless crime therefore by Common Law and is not a crime. But our courts are corporate Admiralty jurisdictions so whatever the corporation wants it gets. In this case it wants no competition in the drug dealing business with the CIA and Mafia drug laundering support of the banks, and it wants profitable private prison systems. This more than any other area is a swamp that needs to be drained. Restore the ORIGINAL 13th amendment!
Selling drugs is hardly a victimless crime.
