ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Senior executive and business book author Perry J. Ludy today released his first novel in the Tyler West series. The Third Medallion pairs prominent executive Tyler West with his wife, Lydia, and their Jack Russell terrier PJ, as they come face to face with rogue government agents and assassins in search of a medallion in their possession. 

 

When Tyler and Lydia accept a mysterious invitation to Monte Carlo, it leads to an intriguing multi-million-dollar business deal for Tyler and for Lydia, a new friend who mysteriously and tragically dies after slipping her something equally intriguing: a commemorative medallion that instantly plunges the couple into a high stakes game of corporate espionage. 

 

As the couple struggles to find the true meaning behind the medallion, they find themselves questioning who to trust: the plodding French detective investigating a string of murders, the retired MI6 agent who seemingly comes to their rescue, or the debonair yet shadowy stranger who appears to know their every move. Unaccustomed to dealing with the underbelly of business, Tyler and Lydia are forced to rely on their wit – and grit – to save their medallion and themselves.

Perry J. Ludy is a senior-level executive and the author of business books, including Profit Building: Cutting Costs without Cutting People, an award-winning management book. Formerly, Perry was CEO and co-owner of Cutting Edge Pizza LLC, a franchise operator for Little Caesars Pizza in five states. He also served as president of US Auto Glass, Inc., Chief Operating Officer for Environmental Systems Products, and Divisional Vice President for PepsiCo Inc. Perry grew up in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, and graduated high school in Oxnard, California. He is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB).
