To show solidarity with the people of Ferguson, many people across North America have started putting their hand’s up when they see police. Many also saying, “Please don’t shoot!”.
This is an excellent and non-violent way to express to the police that we see they have changed, grown too big for their britches, so to speak.
Next time you see a police car or police on foot, why not try this method? I know I will.
Yep, that’s going to show them that you’re a troublemaking jackass. The “hands up don’t shoot” story has been proven false by hours of witness testimony. Justice has already been served. The thug got exactly what he deserved when he committed suicide by cop. As someone once said long ago: “you reap what you sow”. So keep your hands down, smile and be polite. It goes a long way when interacting with law enforcement.
i am not saying that in brown’s case this is what happened…….. i wasn’t there, and neither were you.
what i am saying is that we need to acknowledge the FACT that western countries are becoming militarized and that many innocent people are indeed being harassed, brutalized and killed. what is your method to bring awareness to this most serious problem? do nothing? have a race war? violence? or a non-violent method to show solidarity with those who are victims of police brutality, which is ON THE RISE?
JUST FOLLOW ORDERS, HUH? DON’T ROCK THE BOAT, HUH? GO ALONG WITH CRIMINAL GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR GOONS?
what happened to your testicular fortitude, anonymous? shame on you.
