The Wire Stars Call For End To Baltimore Riots

The Wire stars are calling for an end to the Baltimore riots. The hit HBO series was based upon the writings of Baltimore Sun reporter, David Simon. The show was focused on the crime and culture of the western district of “Charm City.”

One of the most recognizable western district Baltimore landmarks of The Wire was burned to the ground during the Baltimore Purge looting, arson, and violence on Monday evening. The corner store where popular character, Omar Little, was killed, was among the 15 businesses burned by rioters after the Freddie Gray funeral.
