Interesting report on NBC by Tony Dokoupil about weather modification. In the report, he calls cloud seeding “small scale geoengineering”, and it sounds a lot like he wants to talk about chemtrails, even showing some images of skies filled with chemtrails, and for once, it’s taking a critical look at man’s desire to control the weather.
