On my Google News homepage, I have a section on Weather Modification..this morning I saw this.
Unfortunately, when you click the link, you get a blank page. So, they have most
likely already removed it. But I believe water agencies may have received so info
that the CIA doesn’t want the public knowing, which is that cloud seeding is causing droughts.
The problem is, it’s not foreign govts, but our own water boards..
BOISE — A bill sailing through the Idaho Legislature would allow water districts to use member fees to fund cloud seeding programs designed to increase water supplies.
