(Before It's News)

These websites are banned in China, not for any legitimate reason, but because they explain the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong meditation. Therefore, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The Internet in China is censored to keep citizens from realizing that, right under their noses, millions are being unjustly harassed, tortured, and killed for their beliefs. The Chinese Communist Party is also trying to keep the news from spreading to other countries, hoping to save face in the international community and meanwhile let the persecution continue unchecked.

The more people who read these websites and learn what’s going on, the better. Here they are (in English; there are also versions in Chinese and other languages):

1. http://www.falundafa.org/
This website introduces Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa, a spiritual practice based on truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance.

2. http://en.tuidang.org/
As of today, over 192 million Chinese have declared that they quit the Chinese Communist Party. This website keeps track of the number, which is growing every day. This number also includes members of the Youth League and the Young Pioneers, as well as retired Party members who have quit.

3. http://www.theepochtimes.com/
Epoch Times is one of the few newspapers in the world that dares to report on the persecution and other human rights crimes in China.

4. http://falunart.org/en/
The Art of Zhen, Shan, Ren (Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance) is an international exhibition of beautiful, inspiring paintings about Falun Gong and the persecution. The collection can be admired at this website.

5. http://www.shenyunperformingarts.org/
Shen Yun’s world-famous display of classical Chinese dance and music aims to revive traditional Chinese culture, which was nearly destroyed by the communist Party. Some of its dance pieces also depict Falun Gong adherents’ courage and kindness in the face of oppression.

Russia Today has started to call this out and about time too I say.

I’ve lost count of how many time Youtube has stopped me from watching something and they hide this by showing a picture in embeded videos and only says its blocked after you click because they are recording who wants to watch stuff that the state is paying them to hide and then sells them your IP-Address or name
