Are ‘Goat’ and ‘Sheep’ the same zodiac sign?

Due to differences in translations from the original Chinese into English, there are various words that people have used for each of the signs.

But even though the name of the Chinese zodiac animal sign may change according to translation, the characteristics and personality traits of each one remain the same.
The Chinese animal zodiac has certain similarities with the Western zodiac. Both have rotating cycles divided into 12 parts, and both imply the influence of each sign on a person’s personality.
However, the differences are major. The Chinese animal zodiac is divided into years, while the Western zodiac is divided into months, and the Chinese animals are not associated with constellations.
Why 12 Animals?
The ox, horse, goat, rooster, pig, and dog are six of the main domestic animals raised by Chinese people. The other six—rat, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, and monkey—are all loved by the Chinese people.
