It’s not that I am anti-Semitic in writing about Law and the Pharisees. The Pharisees were who they were and they represent the same kinds of people today from all walks of life, every religion, and EVERY faith. These are people who believe in carrying out justice according to Law even if they decide to take the Law into their own hands and take Human Life if indeed they feel justified for doing so. The problem that I see today is that it is a common belief that God forgives the sin of purposely taking Human Life if indeed the taking of Human Life IS justified. The Pharisees believed they were justified and so they didn’t count the consequences of carrying out the letter and intent of the Law from the Old Testament. We have replaced Old Testament Law with many other laws that dictate whether ANY person has a right to live in his or her sins. A “Pharisee” in today’s world will condemn sins even to the point of death just as the Pharisees did in the New Testament. And EVERY “Pharisee” will believe he or she is justified by God if indeed the taking of Human Life IS according to Law or laws. The fact is that NOTHING is more sacred and important to God than Human Life, but we live in a world today where most do NOT believe this. I WANT the WORLD to know just how important Human Life is to God and leave belief in what I am saying and writing up to God. The importance of ALL laws is that law prevents chaos, but when law demands Human Life, God does NOT. Peace. Brother Ralphie Brother Ralphie works from his study for the promotion of Peaceful living and inner Peace with God. He calls this the “Sanctity of Human Life Movement.”
