(Before It's News)

Watch NASA Explain Why We Should All Be Worried About Greenland’s Melting Ice Sheet. Its ice sheet is three times the size of Texas and a mile deep on average. The only place with more of the world’s ice is Antarctica. But Greenland is warming twice as fast as Antarctica, NASA says. This rapid melting is raising global sea levels at an alarming rate—even faster than expected.

World Premiere of Naomi Klein’s ‘This Changes Everything’. It will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 13 and will be available in theaters in the U.S. and on iTunes on Oct. 20. Narrated by Klein, the film argues that climate change is the greatest threat humanity has ever faced, but it also “offers us the opportunity to address and correct the inhumane systems that have created it.”
