What's Happening in the US of A?
My international readers just might be wondering what is going on here in the US? We can't nominate a judge to the Supreme Court because Republican senators refuse to give him a hearing. Why is this? And it is it against the Constitution? Then I read that Republicans in the Texas legislature is considering a bill that would actually withdraw Texas from the US. In addition to this are laws being passed that literally go against the ruling of our Supreme Court that prevents discrimination against the LBGTQ community and allow for such discrimination anyway under the guise of “religious freedom” laws. In addition to this is our primary season that was officially launched last August when Donald Trump was the first candidate to throw his hat into the ring. We have had numerous debates and what began with some 20 candidates running for president we now have 5 in serious contention, with one having only won one primary, but won't drop out because he says he is the “reasonable” candidate.
So, with this as my backdrop this morning, I then read that what is honored about US elections in that everyone votes really isn't true and that we seem to make voting more difficult than getting a driver's license. Why is this? Maybe the UN should be monitoring OUR elections, but then really, the UN is already based here. You would think that with a nation that prides itself on unity and all that goes with Democracy that we would at least agree to get along. But why can't we? Well, I have an answer for this but really it's a multiple of answers that go deep into the history of our country. Plain and simple, we have a TV news network in this country that continues to preach that we mustn't forgive that Obama is our first Black president and not only is he a Democrat, but many people believe he's a Muslim. Obama not only makes conservatives very nervous in everything he does, but it appears to them that he is the REAL problem with this country forgetting that he has been overwhelmingly elected by the people of this great nation twice as President of the US. Add this to the fact that our deeply religious heritage has allowed for slavery and that we celebrate our religious freedoms to the point where if those freedoms are impinged upon by a political Supreme Court, then really we have every right to by-pass what they say because we simply don't agree with their decisions, except when the Supreme Court rules in their favor as they did when they said that corporations are people too and in ruling so, allowing what was once illegal bribery is now legalized in all its forms. So, is the thinking of these people…
If you follow the news of what is happening in the US today and read what I write about my Angels, I will insist that one can't legislate morality, but there are those in this country who believe they can based on their religious views. I totally disagree with them, but the fact is this world is not the same world in which these people are living. But most of these people can't think beyond their state borders. They don't have a world view any wider than the boundaries of their little communities embraced by their little minds. And really, this is the state in which America finds itself today. I read the news feeds from many sources every morning and all I can say as an American is that I apologize to the world for being an American. I will NOT apologize to ANYONE for how I think and believe. America is simply deeply divided and the other side refuses to co-operate with this President. It would take a LOT more than what the UN could ever do. I would say if any nation REALLY needs the Messiah, it would be the US. I say this to the WORLD, because in MY thinking, it's our only hope. Ok do you really think the UN should be monitoring our elections? Apparently you have not been updated on the New World Order which most of us began to learn about in and around 1998. The UN is the one thing we do not need, furthermore we are warned in the scriptures about messages supposedly coming from angels. You can not go over the scriptures with your doctrine, all doctrine is subject to discernment and judgment by the word of God as the rule of measure.
