Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.Isaiah 53:4 (KJV)
There are so many verses in Isaiah, Psalms, Daniel, and others in the Old Testament that clearly point to our Lord and Savior before He was on the earth as a man. This is one of my favorites. In a single verse, it tells the whole story of Yeshua Ha-Mashiach. His struggles, sacrifice, and love for us are clear in this single verse.
