The Big Difference
I don’t want to belabor the point I am making about salvation, but the big difference between my Angels and what the Church traditionally believes is really ONE BIG difference. Because the Church says God forgives EVERY single sin known to humanity, there has to be evidence of faith in the life of the believer that sets him or her apart from the rest of the world. This makes salvation active. It’s something we seek and it’s something that is evidenced by what we do. Because I say that God forgives EVERY sin EXCEPT for the sins of murder and suicide, salvation then is passive and is dependent on only what we DON’T do. A true believer in MY thinking won’t forgive the sins of murder and suicide and asks for no evidence of faith otherwise. So, there is a HUGE difference in what I claim comes from my Angels and what I am saying the Church teaches and believes. Because the Church forgives EVERY single sin, there has to be evidence of faith. And I am saying that faith doesn’t matter except in regard to what we DON’T do.
Can these two thoughts be reconciled? I am not going to budge from what I claim is from my Angels and I don’t think the Church is about to change some 1500 years of tradition. I don’t ask anything of anyone who believes except that he or she will have respect for ALL Human Life. That’s really ALL there is to it. I’ve had people tell me that salvation can’t be this easy. Actually, it’s this easy because salvation is only based on what we DON’T do. And when Jesus says His yoke is easy and His burden is light, He’s not kidding us. I have been asked as to what then I do with the Old Testament. I don’t throw it out, but for two examples of the Old Testament, I don’t put much stock into the lives of either Moses or King David, because Moses killed an Egyptian and King David killed his tens of thousands. The acts of these Jewish monarchs aren’t hidden from us. So, in all essence, I say that basically, the prophets of the Old Testament had it right. They mostly condemned warfare, didn’t take Human Life, and understood about the significance of the arrival of the Son of God.
So, what I do agree with the Church is that Jesus is coming again. I don’t accept the teaching of the Rapture, that says that ALL believers will be taken out of the world just before the Tribulation Period begins. I say it’s over. I say we are living in the days of the Apocalyptic Age and the ONLY prophecy left to fulfill is the second coming of Jesus. So, ins spite of my difference with the teachings of conventional Christianity, I won’t waver from what I claim is from my Angels. I will tolerate what the Church teaches because it is ingrained in its history for what it does and for what it teaches. But I can say the same thing of Atheists who believe that NOTHING is more important than Human Life. Once we understand this, there is nothing else about God we need to know. We live in Peace and we are at Peace with God if we understand the significance of EVERY single Human Life. otherwise, believers will struggle to know God based on what they do.
