Defining Suicide

(Before It's News)

I don't think that suicide needs much of a definition and this might be a topic that would make some people feel quite uncomfortable.  There IS no forgiveness for suicide.  None.  Regardless of the reason why anyone would take his or her life, suicide remains unforgivable.  But there still needs to be some kind of definition for what exactly suicide is.  ANYONE who purposely takes his or her life for ANY reason commits suicide.  I am saying that suicide is  murder of the self.  There is no other way to define it.  While murder is generally reserved for those who intentionally take Human Life, one's own life can be included in this definition.  The ONLY difference being that suicide is what one does to oneself.

There are those gray areas about what defines suicide, but it is caused by one's actions against one's body and hence one's life.  I personally know what suicide is, and by definition, my Angels saved me from myself.  This is why I am so emphatic when I define either murder or suicide, because these are the two sins God will NOT forgive.  I live in a state where there are more heroin overdoses than at any other time.  Heroin is a national epidemic.  There are drugs available that given in time can save a person who has overdosed on heroin.  But my question is:  How many times can these drugs save a person before he or she finally succumbs to the drug of heroin?  If a person overdoses enough times eventually he or she will finally succeed in dying from the drug.  Some say that it's the drug sellers who are guilty for cutting heroin with other potent drugs that can cause death.  Let me say something about drugs in general.  EVERY person who takes ANY kind of drug does so voluntarily.  One makes that choice.  And when one makes that choice, while one might not be able to calculate the risks from having done so, one decides to take that risk.

One can choose to get help in order to get off the drug habit, or one chooses to remain addicted to the drug of choice.  I am saying that even addiction is a form of suicide.  And there is nothing that can change this, because at some point being sober, a person chooses that path.  That choice has led many to the path of suicide.  There are those fortunate enough to not die from their choices, but remaining clean is a struggle for many of them.  I am saying that if one dies from a drug overdose, this is the path that drug addicts choose.  Some might argue that the drug then controls them.  I am saying that when one chooses to take illegal drugs, one has chosen a path that leads to suicide if indeed there is NOT intervention.  I wish I had other words to say to comfort those whose lives have been affected by those who have made this choice, but indeed, there ARE NO words for them.  And I write to serve as a warning to those who are either addicted to these drugs or are tempted to use them.  I am saying that heroin and other drugs that cause such harm are a path to suicide.  There is no other way to explain this.  I wish I had better news for those who have had loved ones die because of drug overdoses, but the fact is this is a path to suicide and NOTHING can change this.  My Angels told me that God will overlook ALL sins EXCEPT for the sins of murder and suicide.  I am Brother Ralphie writing for my Angels from The Angels of Life Institute.  Peace.
