A rather emotional narrator. Emotion can tend to cloud our perception of events sometimes and we can lose our audience with just a couple of misplaced words. Stick with the facts in a controlled manner and if you are going to have an emotional outburst then turn the microphone off.
Oh, please, Noory! Are you a cold fish or what? This guy is not a newscaster. He’s a guy. I did not find his delivery distracting. Lighten up on him and come down heavy where its needed.
