Ferguson Snow Job: Prosecutor Wasn’t Seeking Evidence Against Cop, Was Seeking To Defend Him With Bogus Grand Jury Circus (Picture And Video)
et’s face it, most grand juries in America are one-sided events where a prosecutor puts on just enough evidence to get a jury to believe there is enough evidence to warrant a trial. It’s not the venue where you present all the evidence seeking reasonable doubt.
The prosecutor runs a grand jury, there is no defense attorney present, the accused is not represented in the room, and over 9 out of every 10 defendants brought before a grand jury are indicted. There is the old saying that a halfway decent prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich.
That brings us to the case of Darren Wilson. Was there probable cause? Michael Brown was unarmed, he was shot numerous times, and witnesses said his hands were in the air. That’s enough to indict, and if Bob McCulloch, the St. Louis County prosecutor, wanted the grand jury to find probable cause, he could have succeeded.
I listened closely to the whole press conference where Bob McCulloch laid out the evidence presented to the grand jury. What I heard was a prosecutor turned defense attorney seeking reasonable doubt.
Bob McCulloch was not a prosecutor seeking justice for Michael Brown, he served as Darren Wilson’s legal advocate, and instead of asking the grand jury to find probable cause for a trial, he sought reasonable doubt for an acquittal. MOREHERE
There is only one person alive who knows exactly what happened. There are thirteen others – the prosecutor and the twelve jurors – who are next in line in knowledge. After all, they listened to many days of testimony from all of the witnesses who each had bits and pieces, and they tried to decide if in the assimilation of all that there was sufficient cause for the defendant to be charged with a crime. Everybody else is blowing smoke according to their predetermined world views.
Unlike a trial jury, a grand jury proceeding is owned and governed by the jury itself; not by a judge or the prosecutor. While the racial makeup of this grand jury remains unknown (?) it is reasonable to expect that it was mixed given the racial makeup of the county. Thus it seems unlikely that the outcome was railroaded by a white prosecutor on racial grounds.
….It has been reported that all of the supposed ‘witnesses’ either refused to verify earlier statements or changed testimony drastically from earlier statements.
Refresher course – Each Police Dept, City County, State and the US ARE ALL FOR PROFIT BUSINESS CORPORATIONS (hiding under the false name Government)! So if you need to got to court, you will always win in court. The judge and city attorney ARE BOTH part of the same corporation (or they are both paid by the same office), so how can you or anyone get a fair and honest court? The judge is suppose to be impartial, but they are a paid employee of the same corporation as the city attorney AND YOUR Public Defender if you have one! So they do work together to screw everyone for more $ for the Private For Profit Corporation!

Ask the judge who they represent (aka city). Then ask the city attorney who they represent (aka city). Get that on court record as a Conflict of Interest or Favoratism and if you lose your hearing, FILE A APPEAL and state your judge showed “Favor” because they belong to the same FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, and it is Unconstitutional!
Also, if you have a Birth Certificate, you ARE A PRIVATE CORPORATION! So all newborn babies today, ARE FILLED in GOV AS A CORPORATION; YOU ARE NOT A CITIZEN! Now do you understand why you seem to have no Constititional Rights? Its because you are not a citizen, nor able to get Constitutional Right, but your are a Corporation until your death! That is the Gov loophole!

Lastly, your children go to SCHOOL PRISONS! They get locked and chains on the door and don’t open them until school is over.
