As questions continue to loom over Justice Scalia’s death. the inconsistencies have only fueled the fire for conspiracy theories. Some argue that this is nothing to suspect, but with so many contradictions, especially the error in following proper protocol, and with it being a high profile Justice of the Supreme Court, is it any wonder why it seems suspicious?
After the first report of a heart attack, it became known that Judge Cinderela Guevara on the case clarified he died of natural causes as his heart stopped because of myocardial infarction and not a heart attack necessarily. And that she declared it OVER THE PHONE.
The question is why wasn’t a medical examiner called in, especially with the sensitivity of the situation. He was then quickly whisked away by Federal agents before an autopsy was performed or even ordered.
The the Ranch owner John Poindexter recalled how he found the Judge on the bed in unwrinkled clothes with a pillow over his head. Of course this sparked further suspicion. And Poindexter made corrections that he didn’t mean the pillow was over his face, as would lead to evidence of foul play, but that the pillow was “above his head against the headboard.” That just brings more question as to why he would even mentioned the pillow’s position if it was not an issue.
The CIA would be the first suspects since they have been known to have toyed with assassination weapons, such as the “Heart Attack Gun” exposed in the 1970′s that was a subject of court cases against the agency. And if they had that in earlier times, what methods have they produced to date? Putting that aside, the case still has its question.
Can conspiracy be laughed off? Not on your life. The absence of the Judge will yield to many issues on Obama’s wish list, especially with abortion legislation and gun control that he already declared he would accomplish before the end of his term. And this will just make those things easier.
