The 7 days of Unleavened bread was not fulfilled because Pharisee doctrine would need to be removed, THEN the Feast of Weeks can occur!
Do you really think the apostles waited FIFTY days to be overjoyed that their Master had risen from the dead?! Appearing DRUNK as witnesses to the world? NO, this was a private event and the timing and purpose was absolutely clear
Jesus as firstfruits was presented before the Father, “he shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it” Leviticus 23:11

23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

“AS MY FATHER HATH SENT ME, EVEN SO SEND I YOU” — NO DELAY!!!
Apostle means ‘one who is sent’: Luke, Mark & Paul had no part of this!
