Now we need to start putting demands on DeVos….big time letting her know we know. We need those with conservative views in charge of our schools. The entire school system must be reversed back to the system of the 50s and 60s when children actually learned. The system was corrupt even then but no where near the derangement of today. I have seen students spanked, slapped in the face by teachers and principles, rulers over knuckles, put in the corner, yelled at, insulted, kicked out for sleeping in class, sent to the principles office if caught doing anything wrong….no chewing gum, no marking on the desks. We might have hated school but we respected the authority of our elders and learning. Yes a form of puppetry but if you have proper parents you understand the game is mandatory and shortly lived. But we learned. That is why I get so agitated in reading articles now days or listening to videos whereas many cannot pronounce words properly or use baby grammar with lots of “that” and excess words. Or incorrect sentences or words, phrases….wrongly using would “of” instead of would “have”, yer instead of your, me and her instead of she and I, etc. These people were allowed to do this in todays schools and no one corrected them. Hence DeVos needs to be hounded.
