Today I got up early than usual and when I entered the kitchen to start my routine cooking….I felt something was different… peeking out of the window, I saw the tree with bright green leaves have shed its leaves and only branches with new tiny leaves are moving in a rhythmic way adding beauty to the morning scene. After few minutes, a bird flew over and sat on one of the branch….hanging and enjoying the beauty of nature. Then I realised how fast the time flew by….Seasons have changed and I have never paid attention to it….Wish I was a bird…carefree of the world…set my own goals and soar high….Wish I was a bird…unaware of what my future is going to be…Wish I was a bird…flying high and enjoying the mother nature….Wish I was a bird…..
Coming back to the real world…..I realised , the changed season has bought king of fruits with it….’Mango’…..bright yellow….farm fresh, pulpy, juicy and in many varieties….mango rocked the markets, in the place where I stay. Apart from indulging the fruit, raw…there are many other ways I love to use this fruit. Though drinks and shakes are mostly made with mango…this year I thought of trying out some recipes which I bookmarked in recent times from magazines to try out when the fruits are abundant in the season.
Among many collected mango recipes ‘Mango Colada’ is something which I found easy and interesting …as I never tired the combo of mango and coconut….this was my first choice to try out…. Believe me you will be going to love this recipe. This colada is so yum…that you will gonna make it very often.
