Organizing Spices

 
While at the store the other day, I found these adorable spice jars and I knew I had to have them. We have a tiny cabinet above are stove where we keep all of our spices. The shelf is so short that a lot of the larger spice containers don’t fit well so we have to lay them on their side which makes it hard to see what spices we have. 

Here is my shelf before.

I took all of the spices out of the cabinet to see what I had. 

I transfered the spices to thier new containers and added pretty labels to each one. I love the green labels that I got with my  Brother P-Touch Label Maker. They match perfectly with the green flaps on the jars!!

Of course not all of the spices fit into the smaller jars so I now have a small area in my pantry to store the larger containers and I can just fill up the smaller containers as I use them. This makes it so much easier to see exactly which spices I have and grab the ones I need!
