(Before It's News)

Dust blows off the coast of Western Sahara and towards the northwest, over the Atlantic Ocean. Visible through the dust is the Wad Ad-Dahabnota Peninsula, also known as the Villa Cisneros Peninsula while the region was under Spanish colonial rule. The Canary Islands can be seen near the top edge of the image, although the dust does not reach them.
