Based off of planetary alignments. He bases his videos off of previous alignments and large earthquakes to prove his points. He says its "possible an 8.0+ magnitude earthquake could happen on that date."
He has been wrong in the past, ie. the May 28th date, where he said California would go into the Ocean with a 9.0+ earthquake. Good point also, take it with a grain of salt. He uses the word “possible” so its not 100% of course.
