Baker in Tesla Weather Control Over America opened with “There is powerful evidence that the GREAT FLOOD 1993 was the result of secret, joint weather-engineering conducted by the Russian and U.S. Governments.” but fails to provide any evidence other than anecdotal. Big fail.
The second link: repeats the first link and relies on the same conjecture. It contains a telling lack of evidence and that’s no surprise given it was written by the same guy.
The third link: is a B4IN article by Иннокентий that is devoid of anything that could be mistaken for evidence.
The fourth link: is identical to the third and obviously provided the material that Иннокентий plagiarized in order to make his B4IN article.
So we have two documents, from your 4 links, and not any of them contain anything other than opinion, broad brush extrapolation and wild guesses. Not good enough, TRUTHY1, not good enough by a long shot.
HAARP, GWEN and WOODPECKER happened but they didn’t work well enough and in fact GWEN is a communication network not a weather manipulating array. The sort of evidence i’d be interested in, TRUTHY1, would be along the lines of data showing that weather extremes were exacerbated as a result of man-made manipulations. Got anything like that?
I agree entirely with Einstein’s one liner and have indeed examined this subject in quite considerable detail. I remain ready, willing and able to examine any further arguments you might put forward but less of the opinion pieces, TRUTHY1, if you don’t mind.
Pardon me for butting in……but……I happened to see on the news the other day….where the State of Alaska had sold the HARP property to the Alaska University. During the discussion the statement was made that the property had been ‘shut down’ for several years.
