Kristi Wellington Baker, Director of Retention, Career & Employment Services, Walla Walla Community College
Kristi Wellington-Baker is the Director of Retention, Career & Employment Services at Walla Walla Community College. WWCC was an early adopter of Career Coach, as a key web based tool in the development of a robust Career & Employment Services One Stop Center. As the Director, Kristi oversees adoption of appropriate software solutions, career development workshops, and assists students in identifying high demand career pathways and job opportunities as they near completion. In addition, she oversees approximately a million dollars in grant & scholarship resources in support of the training of WWCC students in these high demand pathways.
Margaret Puckett, FYE Course Coordinator/Instructor, North Central State College
Margaret was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and received her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Ashland University. She has been at North Central State College in Mansfield, Ohio since 1999 and teaches the FYE (First Year Experience seminar), developmental writing, developmental reading, developmental math, and sociology.
