Government intelligence agencies will be able to more closely work with private companies to access individuals’ private communications data if a new proposal from President Barack Obama is enacted. What many critics are calling a ‘recycling’ of the controversial CISPA, which was shut down by public opposition, the new plan has some differences the president hopes will make it more agreeable. RT’s Ameera David takes a look.
