Econintersect: Average gasoline prices fell 3.3 cents per gallon nationwide this past week following the previous week’s 1.4 cent rise. From the same week one year ago, gas prices have fallen $1.08 a gallon. With WTI (West Texas Crude) below $44 a barrel today – the USA has not seen crude prices fall this low since 2009.
