February 2015 Pending Home Sales Index Sees a Major Improvement

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) seasonally adjusted pending home sales index jumped and is now deeply into expansion. Our analysis of pending home sales agrees – and we are projecting a relatively good month for existing home sales in March 2015.
