50 years of communism has left Cuba in a state worse than Detroit. Crumbling infrastructure, and a lack of technological advancement has left everything run-down, a glimmer of its former self. Nothing works properly! The internet, the cell phones, nothing. This is where central planning leads.
At least the people are amazing, the food is great, and quality cigars are affordable!
