• *AMERICANS BUSINESSES ARE THE `ENVY OF THE WORLD,’ OBAMA SAYS
• *OBAMA: GOP POLITICIANS USE `DOOMSDAY RHETORIC’ ON ECONOMY
• *U.S. WAGES HAVE INCREASED TOO SLOWLY, PRESIDENT OBAMA SAYS
