Which industries are facing the fiercest—and most-expensive—bidding wars for talent? If you go by 2010-2015 salary growth, an IT and a STEM industry are at the top of the list.
New research released by CareerBuilder, using Emsi data, shows inflation-adjusted salaries grew the fastest from 2010-2015 in internet publishing and broadcasting and web search portals (49%) and research and development in the physical, engineering, and life sciences (20%).CareerBuilder’s 2016 salary trends report (download here) is geared toward HR and talent acquisition professionals who want to better understand the salary landscape to strengthen their recruiting efforts.
