Can’t have it both ways. Either be content with the status quo of being able to buy cheap slave goods from China, or impose tariffs and pay more for imports. Besides, regardless of what either of the candidates or advocating now; considering the precedents set by the previous administrations over the last few decades, how many of their “promises” do you think they will actually follow through with? In reality, it’s a better bet to assume they will do the opposite of what they’re espousing in their rhetoric.
