Let’s Encourage and Support the Home Schoolers Around Us….
This is kind of a personal note to the Home Schoolers in Alberta. AHEA has *scholarship funds* set aside to help pay for Convention Registrations for Home Schooling Couples that are struggling financially. It is a blessing for me to oversee this. There are a number of families that wouldn’t be able to come to the Convention without a bit of assistance. (Sometimes it is because of a husband losing a job, other times it is because a family member has serious health issues. There can be lots of reasons why families are struggling financially. Thank the Lord if you are in a good financial postition!)
Anyway, one family had everything they needed except fot the gas money for travel. I had been praying about it and was so excited to get her email this morning. Here is a short excerpt from it:Â

Why do I share this? Because God moved on someone’s heart to do something. I want to encourage us all to be sensitive to what God wants us to do and why not pray for a way to bless another home educator at the Convention this year? I could list ideas, but why not ask God for what He wants you to do? AND why not continue doing this through the year too? Be sensitive to the needs of other home schoolers.Â
I just was so blessed by the above answer to prayer that I wanted to share it with you.Â
