Mourdock Campaign Airs New “Turn Left” Statewide Radio Ad

Indianapolis, IN (October 3, 2012) — The Mourdock campaign released a new statewide radio spot today, highlighting Joe Donnelly's latest flip flop over his support of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV).

“As recently as last week, Joe Donnelly tried his tired old campaign tactic of claiming he’d be open to voting for a Republican leader of the Senate, before being forced to admit he would actually back Harry Reid. Donnelly’s pulled this stunt on Hoosiers in his congressional district twice before, before proving himself a reliable vote for Nancy Pelosi as House Speaker,” explained Mourdock campaign spokesman Christopher Conner.

“As the radio spot documents, Joe Donnelly panders to Hoosiers about ‘middle-of-the-road’ when it’s time to campaign, but consistently kowtows to his left-leaning Washington party leaders once he’s elected.”
