SCF Congratulates Tom Garrett
Alexandria, VA – Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF) president Ken Cuccinelli made the following statement after Virginia State Senator Tom Garrett (R-VA) was declared the winner of the race for Congress in Virginia’s 5th District:
“On behalf of our grassroots supporters in Virginia and across the nation, we congratulate Tom Garrett on his hard-fought victory tonight. Tom is a true conservative who has already earned a record of fighting his own party’s leadership to do the right thing in Richmond, and we know that Tom will fight for less government and more freedom in Washington. We’re very proud to have supported his campaign and look forward to having his principled leadership in Congress.”
SCF and its super PAC, Senate Conservatives Action (SCA), invested $40,789 to help Garrett win the general election.
