Impeach and remove judges for their bad behavior

Contrary to what most people these days seem to think, federal judges do not receive lifetimes appointments to the bench. Constitutionally, they serve “on good behavior.” Today, they continue in their monumentally bad behavior only because the officers of the other branches have no regard for their own oaths, and they refuse to do their sworn duty, to provide the necessary checks and balances to rein them in. And that is happening only because We the People are failing to do our job in properly vetting and electing candidates who actually understand, and are committed to, the most important obligations of the oath.
