What we have here is a failure to communicate.
Trump and the GOP leadership said “repeal and replace.” Trump supporters heard “repeal.” But what the Republican leaders really meant was “no repeal and lots of replace,” i.e., “we can do socialism better than Obama.”
Okay, I take it back. What we really have here is a failure on the part of Republicans to discern that Trump and the GOP leadership are a bunch of unprincipled, socialist deceivers.
