(Before It's News)

Coolest book ever written!

Everyone in this world has a different personality. Some are shy and others are outgoing. While both personality traits are good in different ways; imagine a world full of shy individuals. I imagine a world full of straight laced, obedient, and quite zombies. Who would be crazy? Who would be insanely loud? Who would get the party started? That’s where Ozzy Osbourne comes in. I am Ozzy was written by Ozzy Osbourne and was published by Grand Central Publishing in 2012. This novel is an autobiography that is suitable for anyone that is interested in a good laugh, rock n roll, and unbelievable craziness. I am Ozzy explains the aspects of an esoteric man who lived his life to the ultimate max of laughter and fun.

Ozzy was always up for a laugh. He had the acuity for humor and was always pulling pranks or cracking jokes. He never took life too seriously and barely ever played by the rules. I guess you could say he was living on the edge. “My favorite prank in heavy metalwork was to get a penny and spend three or four minutes making it really hot with a blowtorch, and then leave it on Mr. Lane’s desk, so that he’d see it and pick it up out of curiosity. First you’d here: ‘Waaaaahhhhhh!’ Then: ‘Osbourne, you little twirp!’ Heh-heh-heh. The old hot-penny trick. Priceless man” (Osbourne 15). Ozzy went from glory to ignominy with his teacher in a flash.

I am Ozzy effectively illustrates the life of a true rock star in a blunt and non scripted way. It shows you that life shouldn’t be taken seriously all the time and the most important thing you could ever do in your life time is do what you love and just have fun. It also shows you that having fun and being crazy can be very enjoyable, yet you have to be a tad bit cautious and think before you take actions, such as when Ozzy bit the head off of a real live bat. Which was his idiosyncrasy.

In conclusion, I am Ozzy was a success. It garners one’s attention with a great outline of Ozzy’s life, his crazy delineated schemes, and wild times. Ozzy is a rebel who rides the ubiquitous crazy train every night and is still not forgotten for his great musical talent in Black Sabbath and as a solo artist as Ozzy Osbourne. Ozzy defines rock n roll in a whole different perspective and looks at everything in a more positive way. “If I don’t live a day longer, I’ll have had more than my fair share” (Osbourne 388).
