BAYOU CORNE, LA (WAFB) – Officials with the Assumption Parish Police Jury say the giant Louisiana sinkhole in Bayou Corne “burped” around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. A few trees in the southwest corner of the sinkhole fell in during the event and vegetative debris and hydrocarbons came up from below the sinkhole. Texas-Brine removed all crews from the sinkhole and is checking the boom surrounding the area to make sure everything is intact

A complete collapse of the Louisiana sinkhole could be catastrophic for the region. One of the major problems is the area is at sea level. Any hole in the ground will immediately be filled with the Gulf of Mexico. The inrush of water could flood the entire region, killing thousands..

The potential size of this sinkhole is many, many times larger. The potential void to be filled beneath this sinkhole is miles long. The govt is completely covering up the possible disaster just waiting to happen.

The reason? Once it blows, all of the evidence of who is responsible will be gone and everyone can just shrug their shoulders over how something like this could happen and then move on with drilling and storage unfettered by those pesky residents living in the area.
