Met Office says global warming is slowing down, then adds alarmist spin to data

From the Telegraph’s über-warmist, Louise Grey:
The latest statistics compiled by NASA, the Met Office and the University of East Anglia suggest the average temperature for 2012 will be about 14.45C.
This is 0.45C above the 1961 to 1990 average and makes 2012 the ninth warmest year in records going back to 1850, according to the World Meteorological Organization.
