(Before It's News)

Dec 24, 2012 – As we all know A123 Systems is operating in bankruptcy, even after it had received $133 million of a $249 million Recovery Act grant from the US government DOE.  Who will get the advantage of the plants that it built with the money? The Chinese. Wanxiang Group wants to buy it out of bankruptcy.  Now, a group of US Senators led by Lisa Murkowski (R) of Alaska [can you see China from there?) criticize the transfer of this company and technology to a foreign entity.  This has not played out completely yet.
